What you'll do
As the Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in measuring and improving program effectiveness. You will conduct user interviews and quantitative data collection to gain insights into the needs of researchers and their organizations. You will also design and continuously improve the end-to-end user experience, focusing on onboarding, visitor experience, and community engagement.

Additionally, you will assist in planning and running high-stakes events, ensuring that they meet the needs of the community and enhance their overall experience.
