What you'll do

As the Director of Site Services, you will oversee all aspects of site operations at Constellation's research center. This includes managing IT services, ensuring security and safety protocols are in place, and overseeing catering operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Your role will involve setting performance metrics and budgets, as well as leading a team of approximately 11 individuals, with plans for growth in the coming years.

You will work closely with your direct reports to ensure that all site services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This player-coach role will require you to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations. You will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative culture within the organization, ensuring that all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the mission of Constellation.
