What you'll do

As the Director of Professional Services, you will establish and lead the Americas Professional Services team, driving the onboarding, implementation, and expansion of our customer base. You will oversee pilot projects that showcase the next frontier in AI, ensuring cost efficiency and conversion to larger engagements. Your role will involve inspiring cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Conversation Designers, to deliver world-class solutions. You will champion a culture that embraces AI innovation, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with partners to co-deliver workshops and best practices, empowering them to run projects independently where feasible.
