You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in managing enterprise accounts. Your ability to build and maintain relationships is exceptional, and you understand the importance of being a trusted advisor to your clients. You are skilled at aligning customer goals with product capabilities, ensuring that expectations are met and exceeded. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing office presence with remote work effectively.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to capture and communicate key performance indicators and outcomes. Your proactive approach helps you identify potential risks within your accounts and address them before they escalate. You are comfortable negotiating pricing and contract terms, particularly with large organizations, and you have experience driving renewal conversations to successful conclusions.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Contentful, you will manage a portfolio of 25-30 enterprise accounts, ensuring that each customer derives maximum value from our platform. You will monitor customer satisfaction and product adoption, guiding new customers through their onboarding process to align their expectations with our offerings. You will lead regular business reviews with your clients, using a defined rubric to assess their progress and satisfaction.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with sales, partner organizations, and professional services teams to amplify customer feedback and drive continuous improvement in our product. You will be responsible for proactively mitigating risks and ensuring timely renewals, confidently negotiating terms with procurement teams in Fortune 20 companies. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and growth for Contentful, making you a key player in our success.
