What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Twitch, you will be the primary point of contact for our 1P clients, guiding them through the pre-sale process and ensuring smooth execution of their advertising campaigns. You will collaborate with the finance team to manage client approvals and revenue recognition, ensuring that all processes are followed accurately.
You will own the media planning process, working closely with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies that align with Twitch's advertising offerings. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure that their campaigns are running smoothly.
In addition to managing client relationships, you will also support the broader Revenue team in achieving Twitch's objectives. This includes analyzing campaign performance and providing insights to clients to help them optimize their advertising strategies. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations will be key to your success in this role.
