Who you are

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. You possess strong proficiency in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and NumPy, which you use to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Your experience includes using SQL to work with analytical databases and data warehouses, allowing you to extract and manage data efficiently. You have a solid understanding of statistical modeling, model evaluation, and experimental methods, which enables you to develop predictive models and conduct thorough analyses.

You are familiar with machine learning techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering, and have hands-on experience building and running machine learning models. Your ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) helps you identify trends and opportunities within datasets. You are also skilled in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Collaboration is key for you, as you work closely with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments and ensure their effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collect, clean, and analyze both structured and unstructured data to derive actionable insights. You will develop predictive models and conduct statistical analyses to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include building dashboards and reports that visualize data insights, making complex information accessible to various stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and design solutions that address specific business problems.

You will conduct A/B testing and design experiments to measure feature performance, ensuring that your analyses are robust and reproducible. Documenting methodologies and maintaining high standards of data quality will be essential to your work. You will contribute to end-to-end machine learning workflows, including model training, validation, and deployment, while monitoring model performance and updating them as necessary. Your role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
