What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key technical contributor to the Quality Team at Contentsquare. You will take ownership of quality intelligence and tooling, working closely with product teams to design, scale, and evolve shared quality frameworks. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing automation enablers that enhance the quality assurance processes across the organization. You will collaborate with engineering managers and technical experts to ensure that quality signals are effectively surfaced and utilized.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the quality framework, ensuring that it meets the needs of various product teams while driving continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the overall quality of the digital experiences that Contentsquare provides to its customers. You will be involved in defining best practices for quality assurance and will have the opportunity to mentor and guide other team members in implementing these practices.
