What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key technical contributor to the Quality Team at Contentsquare. You will take ownership of quality intelligence and tooling, shaping how quality signals and insights are surfaced across the organization. You will work closely with product teams to design, scale, and evolve shared quality frameworks and automation enablers. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of the digital journeys that Contentsquare aims to enhance for its customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the product development process. This includes defining testing strategies, implementing automated testing solutions, and continuously improving quality metrics. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
