Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong focus on managing security teams and implementing security protocols. Your technical expertise includes cloud security, particularly with AWS, and you are well-versed in compliance standards and frameworks. You are a people-oriented leader who enjoys mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing security incidents and implementing effective risk management strategies. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders is one of your strengths, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical and business teams. You are innovative and driven by results, always looking for ways to improve security processes and technologies.
Desirable
Experience with security certifications such as CISSP or CISM is a plus. Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including SIEM solutions and vulnerability management tools, will help you excel in this role. You are passionate about teaching secure coding practices and promoting a security-first mindset across the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the information security team at Contentstack, overseeing the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that security is integrated into the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting security assessments, managing incident response, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
You will also be responsible for developing and delivering security training programs for employees, helping to cultivate a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that Contentstack's digital experiences remain secure and reliable.
