What you'll do

As the Event Production Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the planning process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will coordinate with on-site event teams, technology staff, and control room personnel to create a seamless event experience. Your role involves planning and overseeing meetings across physical, hybrid, and virtual formats, ensuring that all logistical aspects are managed efficiently. You will also serve as a pre-sales support function for the Sales team, advising on deadlines and requirements to facilitate successful events. You will support the Event Operations Team in executing on-site responsibilities, ensuring that all elements of the event align with the client's vision and Convene's values.
