What you'll do

As the Event Production Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the planning process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. You will collaborate closely with on-site event teams, technology staff, and control room personnel to deliver a seamless event experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of event planning, coordinating logistics, and managing timelines to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

You will act as a project manager, guiding the Event Operations Team to complete on-site responsibilities and ensuring that all elements of the event align with the client's vision. Your role will also involve supporting hybrid, virtual, and physical meetings products, adapting to the unique requirements of each format.
