Who you are

You have extensive experience in data engineering, particularly in designing and implementing data architectures that support analytics and machine learning. Your strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java enable you to create robust data pipelines and systems that handle large datasets efficiently. You possess a deep understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, allowing you to choose the right technology for the task at hand.

You excel in communication, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions is a key asset. You have a proven track record of leading technical initiatives from conception through delivery, ensuring that projects meet both quality and performance standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end data architecture, designing and implementing data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes that can handle petabyte-scale datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring that data quality, governance, and security best practices are established and maintained.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring engineering teams, driving strategic decisions around the data technology stack, and establishing best practices for data management. You will work closely with product teams to align data initiatives with business objectives, enhancing operational performance and enabling new capabilities.
