What you'll do

As a Legal Associate at Coupa, you will play a vital role in providing legal support across various functions. You will primarily focus on Employment law, dedicating 60% of your time to this area, where you will assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and compliance documents. You will also engage in legal research and analysis to ensure that Coupa's practices align with current laws and regulations. The remaining 40% of your time will be spent on Commercial law, where you will support contract negotiations, review vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with commercial regulations. Your contributions will help drive processes that enhance Coupa's legal framework and support its business objectives.
