You have over 7 years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in building large-scale distributed systems. Your expertise in system design and algorithms allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You are proficient in Java or other object-oriented programming languages, having developed and maintained production-level code. Your experience includes designing and implementing scalable architectures that support high availability and reliability. You possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to diagnose issues and devise creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your familiarity with AWS and the Spring framework enhances your ability to deliver robust backend solutions. You are a collaborative team player, ready to work across different locations including Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, and San Francisco.

Desirable

Experience in the e-commerce or O2O sectors is a plus, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, will help you navigate complex discussions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
