What you'll do

As the Director of Back-End Engineering, you will lead the engineering team responsible for Coupang Pay's payment gateway services. You will set the vision for the payment system architecture and technology, ensuring that it meets the needs of both consumers and businesses using Coupang's platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and scale services that drive business growth.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your team, encouraging team members to share ideas and work together towards common goals.
