What you'll do

As the Manager of Back-end Engineering, you will oversee the Fulfillment Technologies team, ensuring that systems are built to improve efficiency in receiving, shelving, inventory, picking, and shipping. You will lead initiatives to enhance the overall performance of fulfillment centers, focusing on delivering fast and accurate services to customers.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, guiding the development of backend systems that support the company's growth. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

You will mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be involved in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for process optimization and technology enhancements that can drive operational excellence.
