You possess excellent skills in MS-Office, particularly Excel, which you utilize to analyze data and create reports that support compliance initiatives. You have a proven track record of developing and conducting labor training programs, enhancing the understanding of labor laws among employees and management alike. Your experience in the logistics or distribution industry is a significant advantage, as it equips you with the knowledge to navigate the unique challenges in this sector. You are proactive in identifying potential labor issues and adept at implementing solutions that foster a positive work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing labor management within Coupang Logistics Services, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
