You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in catalog and seller support. You understand the importance of maintaining high-quality product information and are skilled in managing teams to achieve operational excellence. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and resolve issues effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying root causes of problems, ensuring that solutions are sustainable and impactful. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with sellers and internal teams alike. You are passionate about enhancing the customer experience and are committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage core catalog operations related to Coupangβs retail and third-party products. You will oversee the registration, editing, and deletion of catalog information, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. You will lead a team of operators, providing training and support to help them excel in their roles. As the primary point of contact for catalog-related inquiries from sellers, you will ensure timely and accurate responses, adhering to established service level agreements. You will collaborate with engineering and customer support teams to continuously improve the quality of Coupang's product catalog. Additionally, you will identify recurring issues and escalate them to the relevant departments to drive permanent solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within your team.
