Who you are

You are someone who is registered as a person with a disability or a national merit recipient, as per the common eligibility criteria. You have a high school diploma or higher and are open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. Experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory. You are detail-oriented and possess good communication skills, which will help you in coordinating interviews and providing support to candidates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for consulting on recruitment for logistics center candidates. This includes conducting phone consultations and coordinating interview schedules for potential candidates. You will work closely with the logistics team to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will also involve providing information to candidates about the logistics services offered by Coupang and answering any queries they may have. You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while assisting candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

What we offer

Coupang offers a remote working environment with a five-day work week, where you will work eight hours a day from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including a one-hour break. The position is contract-based for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance evaluations. The starting salary is 2,170,000 KRW per month before tax. Additionally, there is a potential for conversion to a permanent position after two years of contract work. You will receive a company laptop upon joining, and the office is located in Gangnam, Seoul, should you need to visit in person for any reason.
