What you'll do

As a Staff Data Engineer at Coupang, you will play a crucial role in the Ads Ops Data Support team, focusing on the development and management of data pipelines that facilitate the collection and analysis of advertising data. You will collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to define key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data quality and integrity through effective data governance practices, as well as implementing data lineage to help users easily access the data they need.

You will work closely with the infrastructure and data platform teams to manage servers and Git repositories, ensuring that the data environment is robust and scalable. Your technical expertise will influence the team's productivity and efficiency, as you share best practices and mentor junior team members. You will also be involved in automating query generation and optimization processes, leveraging AI technologies to enhance data accessibility and usability.
