Who you are
You have a strong background in financial analysis and planning, with experience in developing financial models that enhance decision-making processes. You are skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, including fulfillment center leaders and finance teams, to create and improve operational dashboards and key performance indicators. Your analytical mindset allows you to monitor and analyze changes in key performance metrics effectively. You are detail-oriented and capable of reviewing and approving operational contracts, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial operations. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying financial issues and proposing solutions that drive cost efficiency and operational improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis function at Coupang by developing and refining financial models that aid in decision-making. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the reporting of key performance indicators and operational dashboards, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately captured and analyzed. You will monitor key performance indicators, identifying trends and causes of changes to inform management decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for the ongoing development of forecasting tools and operational planning processes, ensuring that the fulfillment center operates efficiently and effectively.
