You are adept at establishing and tracking KPIs, ensuring that financial metrics align with business objectives. Your analytical thinking allows you to derive insights from data, enabling you to propose effective solutions to complex financial challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to lead discussions with various stakeholders and provide guidance on financial matters. Additionally, you have a foundational understanding of SQL, enabling you to structure and analyze basic data effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing financial models for new initiatives and key projects, conducting cost-benefit analyses to inform decision-making. You will establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring that financial performance is aligned with operational goals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with senior operational leaders and other partners to develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly cost operating plans. You will also propose reasonable cost allocations across business channels, managing budgets in accordance with Core Network objectives. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying root causes of profitability issues and developing strategies to overcome them. You will engage in thorough data analysis to support operational initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
