What you'll do
As an Android Engineer on the Streaming Player and Experience team, you will design and develop services that enhance the viewing experience for Coupang Play users. You will work on everything from the playback engine to the user interface, focusing on UI/UX improvements and new feature development. Your role will involve designing core structures for playback services, ensuring they are scalable and flexible enough to support features like live time machines and multi-view experiences. You will continuously improve playback performance through data-driven insights and technical analysis, collaborating with various teams to deliver the best streaming quality and user experience. You will also conduct technical reviews and A/B tests to refine playback quality and performance, ensuring a seamless experience for users across all devices.
