What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Coupang's Marketplace, focusing on creating a seamless experience for sellers. You will conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of sellers, using these insights to inform your design process. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs. You will advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that the seller experience is intuitive and engaging. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously improving the platform's usability. You will also mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. As a key member of the Marketplace team, you will contribute to strategic discussions about product direction and feature prioritization, ensuring that design considerations are integrated into the overall product strategy.
