You have over 15 years of experience in Delivery Operation, Strategy, and Business Analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to lead large-scale operations and projects successfully. You possess the skills to structure and solve complex problems, having established initiatives that improve outputs in previous roles. Your leadership style is agile and execution-focused, allowing you to drive teams towards quick decision-making and effective execution. You have a proven track record of collaborating with product, tech, and business teams, as well as external partners, to achieve operational excellence.
Desirable
Experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce SCM, or last-mile services is a plus. You have a background in leading agile and metrics-driven organizations, particularly in fast-growing startups.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Program Management at Coupang Eats Services, you will be responsible for establishing and executing delivery operation strategies that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will innovate delivery operations by standardizing processes and strengthening execution based on planning.
