What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the quality assurance efforts for Coupang's Eats business, focusing on multi-domain testing. You will define and implement test strategies that align with the company's goals and ensure that all systems are thoroughly tested before deployment. Your responsibilities will include driving automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify potential issues early in the development process and ensure that quality is built into the product from the ground up. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to testing processes and results.

You will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss project progress, share insights, and address any challenges that arise. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where everyone is aligned on quality objectives. You will also mentor junior QA team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
