Your expertise in Java and Selenium allows you to create robust test frameworks that enhance the testing process. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to identify issues and drive improvements effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. You are proactive in your approach, taking ownership of testing strategies and continuously seeking ways to optimize processes. You understand the importance of user experience and are committed to delivering products that exceed customer expectations.

Desirable

Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agile methodologies will help you adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment at Coupang. You are also encouraged to bring any additional skills in areas such as API testing or mobile testing, which can further enhance the team's capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the testing efforts for Coupang's Eats business, defining comprehensive test strategies that align with project goals. You will be responsible for driving automation initiatives, ensuring that testing is efficient and effective across various platforms. Collaborating with developers and product managers, you will participate in design reviews and provide feedback on requirements to ensure testability. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts, execute test cases, and analyze results to identify defects early in the development process. Your role will also involve mentoring junior QA engineers, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality within the team. You will work closely with the DevOps team to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will report on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders, providing insights that drive decision-making.
