You have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in designing and executing test plans across various domains. Your expertise in testing methodologies allows you to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of the development process. You thrive in agile environments, collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to identify and prioritize testing needs. Your familiarity with CI/CD pipelines enables you to streamline testing processes and enhance overall product quality.
You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify potential issues before they impact the user experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that everyone is aligned on quality goals and testing strategies. What you'll do
As a Senior QA Engineer at Coupang, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans that cover front-end, back-end, API integrations, system performance, and end-to-end testing. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify testing needs and prioritize tests, ensuring that quality is integrated into each sprint. Your role will involve developing automated test scripts and maintaining testing documentation to support the testing process.
You will participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, providing insights on testing strategies and quality metrics.
