Who you are

You have extensive experience in security solution management and engineering, with a strong understanding of security policies and their implementation across various platforms including Windows, macOS, and Linux. You are skilled in troubleshooting endpoint agents and managing their installation and maintenance, ensuring high availability and performance. Your expertise includes working with security systems such as SIEM and SOAR, and you are adept at integrating these systems with other security solutions to enhance detection and response capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve incident response processes and address any issues that arise. You are detail-oriented, capable of managing service logs effectively, and have experience in system design and scalability. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, and you are comfortable preparing documentation for RFPs and conducting POCs/POVs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and engineering security solutions that protect Coupang's infrastructure. You will create, modify, and deploy security policies, ensuring they are effectively implemented across all endpoints. You will troubleshoot and maintain endpoint agents on various operating systems, ensuring they function optimally. Your role will involve integrating security solutions with SIEM and SOAR systems, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization. You will handle service disruptions and vendor management, addressing feature requests and support tickets as they arise. Collaboration with relevant departments will be key as you respond to incidents and work on process improvements. You will manage service logs, including storage, retrieval, and recovery, and will be involved in system setup, security patching, upgrades, and testing new features. Additionally, you will contribute to the design and scalability of systems and services, implementing automation strategies where possible.
