Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in backend engineering, particularly in building production systems that operate at scale. You have a strong understanding of system architecture and have successfully managed services from design through deployment, often troubleshooting complex distributed systems issues. Your expertise in Java and Spring is deep — you've developed high-throughput APIs that handle significant traffic and have strong opinions on service architecture and testing strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in logistics. You are comfortable with rapid changes and can adapt to new challenges, always seeking to improve processes and systems. You are passionate about creating impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Desirable
