What you'll do

As a Systems & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the ownership and operation of the Creator Experience engine. You will implement automated workflows that streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of operations. Your role will involve working closely with the Partner Success Systems team to ensure that the creator ecosystem is well-supported and continuously improving.

You will analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement, leveraging AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data integrity. Your insights will help shape the future of Coursera's creator programs, ensuring that they are scalable and impactful. You will also collaborate with various teams to develop tools and resources that empower creators and enhance their experience on the platform.
