Coursera is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for Coursera for Government. You'll connect learners and institutions with world-class learning products and drive adoption. This role requires strong marketing skills and a passion for education.

You have a proven track record in product marketing, ideally with experience in the education sector or technology products. You understand how to shape product-market fit and bring solutions to market effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to drive adoption through data-driven strategies, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with cross-functional teams.
You are a customer-first builder who is passionate about making learning accessible to everyone. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders, including government organizations and educational institutions. You are comfortable working in a globally distributed team and can adapt to different working environments, whether from home or in a co-working space.
Desirable
Experience in marketing for technology or educational products is a plus. Familiarity with government programs and initiatives can enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are proactive in seeking out new opportunities and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the product marketing strategy for Coursera for Government, connecting learners and institutions with our innovative learning solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive awareness and adoption of Coursera's offerings in the government sector. Collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success teams, you will ensure that our marketing efforts align with product development and customer needs.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our messaging and positioning, ensuring that we effectively communicate the value of our products. Your role will involve creating compelling marketing materials, including case studies, presentations, and digital content that resonate with our target audience.
You will also track the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform decisions and optimize future initiatives. By leveraging your insights, you will help shape the direction of our product offerings and marketing strategies, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our customers.
