What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Coursera's global vendor strategy by recruiting and managing relationships with SMEs and contractors. You will work closely with the Vendor Management team to align recruitment efforts with the company's strategic goals for 2026. Your responsibilities will include assessing vendor performance, optimizing partnerships, and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand their needs and ensure that the right talent is brought on board. You will also be involved in developing tools and programs that enhance the vendor management process and contribute to Coursera's mission of making world-class learning accessible to everyone.
