You have 5+ years of experience in MLOps, with a strong background in deploying machine learning models into production. Your expertise in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS enable you to build scalable solutions that enhance model performance and reliability. You understand the intricacies of model evaluation and ground truth generation, ensuring that the systems you develop are robust and efficient.

Your experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes allows you to streamline deployment processes and manage complex workflows. You are well-versed in using MLflow for tracking experiments and managing the machine learning lifecycle, which is crucial for maintaining high standards in model development.

You possess strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, enabling you to tackle challenges in data processing and model optimization. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can bridge the gap between data science and engineering, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch is a plus, as these frameworks are integral to our machine learning projects. Familiarity with data annotation tools and techniques will also be beneficial in your role, as you will be involved in architecting annotation and measurement systems.

What you'll do

As a Senior MLOps Engineer at CreatorIQ, you will serve as the technical lead for Applied MLOps, focusing on bridging the gap between experimental data science and production-grade efficiency. You will be responsible for architecting systems that facilitate ground truth generation and model evaluation, ensuring that our machine learning models are both accurate and efficient.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists to understand their needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing data pipelines that support the training and deployment of machine learning models, as well as monitoring their performance in production.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the team. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to explore new technologies and methodologies.
