What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager, Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture and evolution of CreatorIQ's reporting and analytics ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, data, and design teams to build scalable reporting tools that meet the needs of over 1,300 global brands and agencies. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the technical implementation aligns with the overall product vision.
You will lead cross-functional teams in the development of reporting tools, optimizing data flows to enhance the user experience and provide actionable insights. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of reporting systems and making data-driven decisions to improve functionality and user satisfaction. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will engage with various stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
In addition, you will be involved in setting the strategic direction for reporting initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company's mission and values. You will analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the reporting ecosystem. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
