You have a background in business or business systems analysis and experience supporting software development teams. You are skilled at turning vision into prioritized, executable plans, ensuring that initiatives advance with confidence.
You possess strong organizational skills and are adept at managing intake and prioritization of new initiatives. Your ability to capture and document requirements will help keep engineers focused on delivering high-value work. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on project goals.
What you'll do
As a Technical Product Manager at DRW, you will be embedded within a subset of our Development and Operations teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the intake of new initiatives, capturing and documenting requirements to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders. You will prioritize the roadmap and sprint planning, ensuring that the team is focused on high-impact work that aligns with business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your role will involve facilitating discussions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed throughout the development process.
