What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform IAM Team, you will lead the development of Cribl's identity platform, focusing on authentication and authorization for both enterprise customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent while maintaining a high standard of excellence. Your role will involve shaping design decisions and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality distributed systems that operate efficiently in production. You will drive projects from conception through to deployment, collaborating closely with other teams to align on goals and deliverables. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
