You are a technical leader with a deep understanding of distributed systems and platform design β you thrive on enabling data scientists and engineers to deliver machine learning models to production with speed and reliability. With a strong background in AI and ML, you have experience managing teams and guiding engineering execution while establishing best practices for model development and deployment.
You possess a strategic mindset, capable of developing and owning the roadmap for AI/ML platforms β your vision drives the team to innovate and implement best-in-class solutions that are secure and scalable. You are motivated by complex challenges and have a proven track record of delivering impactful results in high-stakes environments.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the vision and strategy for Socureβs AI/ML platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization and its customers. You will lead a team of engineers, guiding them through the complexities of building and operating systems that power the entire ML lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include establishing best practices for model governance and security, as well as ensuring that the platform is built for scale.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to align on priorities and deliverables. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering your team to take ownership of their work and drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the platform and making data-driven decisions to enhance its capabilities.
