You are a seasoned Salesforce developer with a passion for building exceptional customer and partner experiences. With deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, you have a strong engineering discipline and a proven track record of executing complex initiatives end-to-end. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical designs.
You have experience in designing, building, and scaling solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Your ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions is complemented by your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You enjoy working in a remote-first environment and are motivated by the opportunity to empower customers through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As a Staff Salesforce Developer at Cribl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform. You will partner closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical designs.
