Your leadership skills enable you to engage effectively with engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can adapt to the needs of a growing organization. You are passionate about improving the developer experience and are always looking for ways to optimize workflows.
Desirable
Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus, as is familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. You may also have experience with various programming languages and frameworks that enhance developer productivity. A background in building internal developer tools or infrastructure would be beneficial, as would any experience in scaling systems to meet the demands of a large engineering organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools that streamline the developer experience at Reddit. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their workflows and identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include scaling Reddit's build infrastructure and enhancing the code review experience.
