What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in developing and growing the Business Transformation practice in the NYC market, focusing on asset management. You will conduct current state assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop target operating models that align with client goals. Your expertise will guide clients through system selection and implementation, ensuring compliance with the evolving financial services regulatory landscape.

You will also be responsible for developing current and future state process workflows, assessing vendor software packages, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your insights to drive impactful change for clients.
