What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of the Business Transformation practice in the NYC market, focusing on asset management services. You will conduct current state assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop target operating models that align with client goals. Your expertise will guide clients through the system selection process, ensuring they choose the right tools to meet their needs. You will also assist clients in navigating the financial services regulatory landscape, providing insights and recommendations that drive compliance and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop current and future state process workflows, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the transformation journey. Your role will involve assessing and selecting vendor software packages that best fit client requirements, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and best practices. As a leader in this practice, you will mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
