What you'll do

As the Associate Director, you will lead the Accounting Advisory practice in the New York and New Jersey markets, providing expert guidance to clients in the life sciences sector. You will work closely with clients to navigate complex accounting challenges, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Your role will involve advising on financial reporting, assisting with restatements, and implementing internal control programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality advisory services, leveraging your expertise to drive continuous improvement within client organizations. Your leadership will be crucial in developing the practice, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
