Valence is hiring an Account Director to drive the adoption of their AI native coaching platform with Fortune 500 clients. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise to propel revenue growth and refine the company's value proposition. You have a proven track record in consultative sales, particularly within enterprise environments, and you thrive on driving adoption of innovative technologies. Your experience working with Fortune 500 companies has equipped you with the insights needed to navigate complex organizational structures and influence key stakeholders. You are not just a salesperson; you are a strategic partner who understands the nuances of AI transformation and how it can redefine business operations. You are restless at the edge of what's possible, always seeking to push boundaries and redefine success in your field.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities presented by AI in enterprise settings. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Valence's AI leadership coaching platform among Fortune 500 clients. You will collaborate closely with go-to-market and product teams to continuously refine the company's value proposition and sales methodology. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth as you engage with high-profile clients like Coca Cola and AstraZeneca, helping them navigate their AI transformation journeys. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and ensure that clients derive maximum value from the platform. Your role will also involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and market positioning, ensuring that Valence remains at the forefront of AI innovation in the enterprise space.
