Who you are

You have a proven track record in construction management, particularly in overseeing the integration of complex systems and equipment. Your experience includes managing high-value, long-lead equipment such as switchgear and generators, ensuring they arrive on site without delays or damage. You excel at serving as a technical bridge between procurement, vendors, and onsite teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

You understand the importance of aligning various stakeholders, including vendors and MEP trades, to ensure that equipment is integrated into phased builds without impacting the critical path. Your proactive approach allows you to identify potential risks and logistics issues early, ensuring that mission-critical systems pass commissioning smoothly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and integration of Owner-furnished equipment on one of Crusoe's flagship projects. You will coordinate with procurement and vendors to ensure that all equipment arrives on time and is fully integrated into construction schedules. Your role will involve overseeing the startup and commissioning of systems, ensuring that all processes align with project timelines.

You will work closely with onsite MEP teams to facilitate the installation of equipment, ensuring that all systems are operational and meet the required specifications. Your ability to manage logistics and resolve issues proactively will be crucial to the success of the project. You will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned from factory testing through to final commissioning.
