Who you are
You have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience overseeing large-scale industrial projects. You excel at coordinating multiple trades and navigating complex technical requirements, ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed flawlessly. Your expertise includes managing site development, structural systems, and MEP infrastructure, and you have a keen eye for quality and safety standards. You are adept at managing vendor relationships and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality facilities that support innovative technologies.
Desirable
Experience with AI data center construction is a plus, as is familiarity with sustainable building practices. You are comfortable using AutoCAD and other construction management software to facilitate project planning and execution. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
What you'll do
As a Construction Manager at Crusoe, you will lead the construction of hyperscale AI data center infrastructure across the U.S. You will oversee all phases of construction, from site work and structural systems to interior build-outs and final turnover. Your role will involve managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring that projects adhere to established schedules and budgets. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple trades, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also manage project documentation and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and any potential issues that may arise.
In addition to overseeing construction activities, you will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. You will be involved in cost management, helping to identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality standards. Your ability to navigate complex technical requirements will be crucial in ensuring that projects meet the needs of the business and support Crusoe's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence.
