Crusoe is hiring an Associate for Corporate Development and M&A to support their inorganic growth strategy. You'll be involved in mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships. This role requires robust financial expertise and transaction experience.

You are a high-performing professional with robust financial expertise and transaction experience — you understand the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions and have a keen eye for identifying strategic opportunities. Your background equips you to support Crusoe's inorganic growth strategy across various sectors, including Power, Industrial Process and Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Software. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a mission that accelerates the abundance of energy and intelligence through sustainable technology.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at market mapping and origination — you can create and maintain market maps, conduct thematic research projects, and engage in direct outreach to potential acquisition targets. Your ability to work across different business units and functions allows you to identify acquisition targets from a sector-first perspective, ensuring alignment with Crusoe's strategic goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification and transaction execution. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development, contributing to the development of strategic partnerships and investments that align with Crusoe's mission. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing potential acquisition targets, and supporting negotiations to ensure successful transactions.

You will also be involved in maintaining internal equity and alignment with market data, ensuring that all strategic initiatives are backed by thorough analysis and insights. Your contributions will directly impact Crusoe's growth trajectory and help shape the future of responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.
