What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic and tactical decisions through M&A diligence and integration efforts. You will captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring that all parts of the M&A integration process are executed smoothly. Your interactions will include working directly with Figma’s executive leadership and acquired management teams, allowing you to influence key decisions that impact the company's future. You will build a best-in-class integration function at Figma, enabling the company to leverage acquired assets effectively and enhance overall business performance.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing integration strategies that align with Figma's long-term goals. This includes identifying synergies between Figma and acquired companies, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that teams can collaborate effectively post-acquisition. Your role will also involve monitoring integration progress and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
