You possess strong analytical skills that enable you to drive strategic and tactical decisions, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with various stakeholders is a key strength, making you a trusted partner in strategic initiatives.

You are adept at managing multiple workstreams and have a proven track record of successfully integrating acquired companies into existing operations. Your experience in product management has given you insights into how to leverage acquired assets for maximum impact. You thrive in environments where you can shape processes and build functions from the ground up, and you are excited about the opportunity to contribute to Figma's growth during a pivotal time in the company's trajectory.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic and tactical decisions through M&A diligence and integration efforts. You will captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring that all parts of the M&A integration process are executed smoothly. Your interactions will include working directly with Figma’s executive leadership and acquired management teams, allowing you to influence key decisions that impact the company's future. You will build a best-in-class integration function at Figma, enabling the company to leverage acquired assets effectively and enhance overall business performance.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing integration strategies that align with Figma's long-term goals. This includes identifying synergies between Figma and acquired companies, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that teams can collaborate effectively post-acquisition.
