Who you are
You have a strong background in developer relations or advocacy, with a passion for empowering developers and fostering community engagement. Your experience includes creating technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and documentation that helps users succeed with cloud platforms. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with developers across various platforms like Discord, Slack, and GitHub.
You understand the needs of AI developers and ML engineers, and you are adept at translating complex technical concepts into accessible resources. Your ability to build relationships within the developer community is complemented by your enthusiasm for sustainable technology and innovation in cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling technical content that educates and empowers developers using Crusoe Cloud for their AI and ML workloads. You will engage with the developer community, fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where users can share their experiences and learn from one another. Your mission is to ensure that the voice of the developer is heard within Crusoe, influencing product evolution based on user feedback and needs.
You will also have the opportunity to build the developer relations program from the ground up, establishing best practices and strategies for community engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the narrative around Crusoe's innovative cloud solutions, driving awareness and adoption among developers.
