What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of Crusoe’s multi-billion dollar data center campuses, ensuring flawless delivery while protecting executional risk. You will be responsible for directing construction managers and engineering teams, building and maintaining master project schedules, and managing the oversight of entitlements and permitting processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that all project milestones are met and that the projects align with Crusoe's mission of accelerating the abundance of energy and intelligence.

You will also be tasked with overseeing contractor management and site delivery, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the project teams. You will be expected to provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any potential challenges that may arise.
